CATWALK & CAMPAIGNS

Created and managed the end-to-end range planning and product development for the catwalk collections across Gold Label, Red Label, Anglomania, MAN, and later the Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood line. This included driving collection strategy, overseeing development calendars, and coordinating seamless execution across design, atelier, and production teams.
I managed critical paths and accelerated timelines, directing the creation of artisanal, one-of-a-kind runway pieces produced by our in-house studio. This involved daily collaboration with pattern cutters, sample makers, and specialist craftspeople to bring highly conceptual designs to life.
I led the development of belts, harnesses, and leather goods in partnership with our London-based supplier—creating patterns, sourcing hardware and trims, selecting leather treatments and colourways, and engineering bespoke construction techniques for pieces showcased on the catwalk in London, Paris, and Milan.
The role demanded experimentation with unconventional materials and non-traditional jewellery and accessory processes, delivering high-impact runway pieces under intense time pressure.
Post-show, I translated key runway items into refined capsule ranges—managing product development, cost engineering, pricing architecture, packaging, and the transition of pieces from catwalk to campaign, press, and commercial retail.
