Vivienne Westwood – Commercial Collections (2008–2025)
Creative Strategy & Product Development
Responsible for the end-to end creative strategy and product development of Vivienne Westwood’s commercial jewellery collections. Overseeing two seasonal launches each year and the development of more than 200 new styles per season across men’s and women’s ranges. The role operated across multiple locations, including the UK studio, VW Thailand office, and manufacturing partners throughout Asia. Coordinating design development, category planning, pricing strategy, and commercial requirements into one cohesive process. Expanding the collections to introduce new product lines such as bridal, men’s sterling silver, belts, leather bracelets, and hair accessories, alongside earring ranges that generated an 85% halo uplift across ten seasons. Exclusive capsule collections were developed for Vivienne Westwood stores, global wholesale partners, and leading international department stores. Across 35 seasons, the commercial collections consistently outperformed expectations and evolved into the company’s most profitable division, responsible for 75% of total turnover, supported by enhanced margins achieved through improvements in supplier selection, production methods, and cost-to-WHS structures.
